But watch what happens when you put one hungry person, a busy day at work -meaning lunch at 3pm, and this divine salad of smoked trout, roast potatoes, capers, roast red onion, dill, celery, parsley, rocket, tomato, almonds and a lemon verjuice dressing?

All I can say, is that this was quite simply one of the best salads I have ever had! It had the right consistency and a delectable variety of texture and flavours.
